Discount Fishing Tackle respects the privacy of it's customers to the utmost degree. All personal information collected on this site is obtained through a secure server and is viewed only by the Website Administrator. Personal information is never given, sold, traded or divulged to entities outside of our company and is used to process, ship, and contact our clientele for purposes of communication between the customer and business.

Registration

Discount Fishing Tackle provides a submit form for customers seeking notification of site changes, site specials and closeout specials. Information collected is not sold, shared or divulged in any manner. Customers who register with www.fortackle.com must realize that they will receive email in the form of newsletters and sale item lists and can be removed at any time by stating as such by email to mgrayelk@aol.com

Return Policy

DISCOUNT FISHING TACKLE INC. will accept returns of merchandise with a copy of the original receipt as long as the product has not been used, that the product is returned in its original condition in it's original packaging for a period of 10 days from the receipt of the product by the customer.  The customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. IF the customer lives in the Colorado front range area they can return the item to one of our stores for refund or exchange.

WARRANTEES :

Most manufacturers warrantee their products for one year against defective workmanship or manufacture.  Some companies such as Dan Bailey (waders) St. Croix and Cortland (fly rods) have a customer satisfaction warrantee and for warrantee matters you ship your product direct to that manufacture and they will warrantee it directly.  These companies have been excellent to work with.   For other warrantee matters call us on our toll free number or e-mail us at mgrayelk@aol.com  and we will resolve the matter.

BACKORDERS:

DISCOUNT FISHING TACKLE is dedicated to maintaining adequate inventories to handle all orders with next day shipping, but if in a multi-item order one items is not immediately available, the balance of the order will be shipped.  We have four stores in Colorado which carry most of the items available online in some instances the website store may be  out-of-stock in an item. Items that are not in stock here must be shipped from our other stores so some shipments may be delayed.

Shipping and Handling

    Discount Fishing Tackle, Inc will not charge  for shipping and handling in the continental united states - for out of US orders email us for the shipping charges to MGRAYELK@AOL.COM Express shipping can be requested by calling our toll free number 1-866-FOR-FLYS. We offer Overnight ($24.00), 2-day ($15.00) and 3-day ($10.00) shipping. PLEASE give us a business address, if applicable, it helps us to cut down on our shipping costs so that we may provide you with the best discounts we can offer.

    For Orders such as waders, boots, fly rods, etc.... We ask that you provide us with a PHYSICAL address because UPS will not ship these items to a P.O BOX.
